The name L’eclaireur refers to the French word meaning, “those who shine light on unknown territory”: a pathfinder, a seeker.
The expression contains our hope to shine light on not only the ingredients, but all of the aspects that make dining such a pleasure – the people, the space, and time.
By respecting the seasons and cooking everything over wood fire, we aim to create a personal style of cuisine that places importance on culture and tradition as well as technique and innovation.
